Destemmed, macerated for 40 days, alcoholic fermentation in fibreglass tank, malolactic fermentation in old barrels french matured for 48 months the bottled and laid down for four years being marketed.

PELINAS parcel planted by my grandfather Alberto Lopez Calvo in 1970. Situated in Coruña del Conde, at an altitude of over 1,000 metres above sea level, the parcel faces north-west on limestoneclay soil. We work according to natural and traditional methods, always respecting nature and the environment that surrounds us, so that our vineyards are in complete harmony. We are fortunate that our vines have never been treated with pesticides or herbicides. The grapes are harvested by hand, in 20kg boxes. We always aim for optimum ripeness, working meticulously each season to obtain quality grapes so that our wines can reflect our terroir and the climate of each vintage, making each harvest unique.
