BC/DC

BCDC wines are short macerations of less than 20 days. They are made from the vines planted by my grandfather in 1970.

Depending on the vintage, they will be destemmed, or undergo carbonic or semi carbonic maceration, etc.

The wine is made in stainless steel vats where it spends a few months. It is then moved to 500L old French oak barrels for 5 months and before bottling. The bottles are then laid down for 6 months in the bottle in our dormitories before being marketed.
